1856-O XF 40 Lightly Cleaned. An elusive O-mint date, both in terms of absolute rarity and condition rarity with very few pieces extant from a mintage of 14,500 coins. The obverse is better struck than the reverse and the minimally abraded surfaces are little affected by the aforementioned cleaning.
