Luster illuminates the stars and legends, and noticeable marks are confined to a field scuff above the eagle's neck. A narrow, vertical strike-through (as made) is near Liberty's shoulder tip. A scant 16,606 pieces were issued. Encapsulated in a green label holder. Population: 31 in 45, 51 finer.
