1857-S $10 AU55 NGC. Ex: S.S. Republic. The recent
discovery of the treasure left behind when the S.S. Republic
sank has rewritten the rarity ratings for many issues. A few Mint
State coins were recovered from the treasure, among the first of
their kind. This Choice AU piece is fully lustrous with bright
