Description
1859 AU 53 PCGS. A rare coin in all grades and prohibitively rare in AU according to Breen. This piece is reasonably well struck with only minor softness noted on the highpoints. The fields are bright and the color overall is yellow-gold with muted reddish accents. A large toning spot is noted at the base of the eagle on the reverse.
