Description
1860-O XF 45. A scarce issue that is most often found in VF or XF condition. This is a choice coin for the grade with original surfaces that show rich orange-gold color over the remnants of a deeply reflective prooflike surface. Well struck. The most obvious marks are a couple of small ones on the cheek of Liberty. Definitely not a part of the Jackson, Tennessee hoard as this coin has resided in a major Swiss gold collection since before the Second World War.
