Description
1861-S XF 45 PCGS. The first of two examples of this very rare issue. This is a clean example of this important absolute and condition rarity. The surfaces are a bright golden-yellow with very small abrasions seen on either side. The only mark of note is a tiny nick in the reverse field to the right of the eagle's head. The design elements show a uniform softness throughout.
