struck during the American Civil War, the 1862 Liberty Head ten
dollar gold is a very scarce coin. Honey-gold toning with olive
highlights contributes to the attractive eye appeal of this
representative. Lightly abraded surfaces from the coin's time in
circulation. Fully struck with luster remaining in recessed areas
