 1862 $10 -- Obverse Scratched -- NGC Details. AU. NGC notes
obverse scratches, although they are light and blend in with the
abrasions in the left obverse field. A vertical planchet lamination
is also present in the same area. This piece is otherwise pleasing
with sharp motifs and butter-gold patina. The 1862 eagle boasts a
limited mintage of 10,960 pieces and is challenging in high
