Splendid 1866-S Motto Eagle, VF35
1866-S $10 Motto VF35 PCGS. A scarce issue, and the first of the Motto eagles, with production limited to just 11,500 coins that mostly entered circulation at the time they were minted. Pleasing medium yellow with subdued peripheral orange toning on both sides.
