1867 $10 --Repaired, Improperly Cleaned--NCS. XF Details. The 1867 is one of many rare Philadelphia Mint issues from 1863 to 1877. Just 3,090 pieces were struck, and NGC and PCGS combined have certified only about 100 examples.
