1870 $10 XF45 NGC. The 1870 is a rarity from a mintage of only 3,900 coins, and few of those have survived. Considerable luster remains in the protected areas of this pleasing piece. The surfaces are clearly abraded, as expected for the grade. Both sides are greenish-gold with hints of rose toning.
