    1871 $10 AU53 PCGS. The 1871 Liberty eagle is an underappreciated rare issue in all grades, due to its low mintage of 1,790 pieces. This lightly worn AU53 specimen exhibits lustrous orange-gold surfaces with the expected number of minor abrasions for the grade. Housed in a green label holder. Population: 8 in 53, 9 finer (1/18).
