Description

1871-CC $10 VF20 PCGS. This is one of the rarest of the Carson City minted Eagles, estimated by most to be second only to the key date 1870-CC coin. The coin available here is significantly abraded with light contact marks, normal for the issue. Milling marks appear below the eye and behind the head, but with good detail remaining to the central areas of the elements.
From the George J. Koller Collection of CC Gold.
