Description

PCGS 1872-CC VF 30. When one considers both condition as well as absolute rarity, the '72-CC eagle ranks high on both lists in the ten-dollar Liberty series. Just 5,500 pieces were struck and the few survivors are almost always heavily worn, to the point where AU and better pieces have never been reported. This piece shows even wear and a bright, moderately abraded appearance.
