Conditionally Rare
1874 $10 MS62 NGC. The 1874 is among the few pre-1878 Motto
issues that appears now and then at auction in mint condition.
Nonetheless, it is rare at the MS62 level, and examples of the
present quality will command significant interest from ten dollar
specialists. The satiny butter-gold surfaces are well struck and
display relatively few marks. Census: 9 in 62 (1 in 62+), 5 finer
