Important 1876-S Ten Dollar, AU55
1876-S $10 AU55 NGC. This apricot-gold Centennial year eagle has ample remnants of bright luster, particularly on the eagle and borders. With a mintage of just 5,000 pieces, this is a rare San Francisco issue, and is conditionally very rare at the AU55 level. PCGS has yet to certify any examples above AU53.
