Description
1876-S XF 40 Cleaned. Very scarce in all grades, with pieces grading higher than the present example being especially rare. The original mintage of the '76-S was a mere 5,000 pieces and what few survivors remain are clustered in the VF and low-end XF categories. This is an almost blemish-free piece that shows good detailing and only the most negligible signs of cleaning.
