Only 3,332 Pieces Produced

1877-CC $10 VF35 PCGS. Variety 1-A. Only 55-65 pieces are believed known today out of the tiny mintage of 3,332 coins. Of those survivors, approximately half are in the VF grade range. This piece lacks the usually seen heavy abrasions. The surfaces are bright and each side shows only the small marks one would expect from a VF coin. The obverse appears slightly less well defined than the reverse.(Registry values: N1793)
