1878 $10 MS62 NGC. CAC. European hoards apparently increased the available population of survivors from the 73,780-piece mintage over the past several decades, and while the issue is not as rare in Mint State as once thought, it remains scarce. This example is a light olive-gold coin with marbled mint luster and a sharp strike. CAC endorsed.
