1878 $10 MS62 NGC. Between a low survival rate in Mint State and a small original mintage of just 73,700 pieces, the 1878 eagle is elusive in higher grades. This luminous peach-gold and orange-gold example shows pleasing detail and luster, though a number of faint ticks are present on the surfaces.
