Conditionally Rare Choice 1879 Ten
1879 $10 MS64 PCGS. This sharply struck near-Gem is predominantly orange-gold, although the borders offer lime-green patina. Lustrous and attractively preserved. While AU55 to MS62 examples are obtained with little effort, Choice Liberty eagles from the 1870s are rarely encountered.
