Smooth and Attractive
1880-CC $10 XF45 NGC. Winter 1-B. Smooth, problem-free
surfaces yield rich orange-gold patina and only light wear. On the
reverse, hints of reflectivity still emerge from the most protected
portions of the fields. Overall eye appeal is excellent, as Carson
City tens of this period generally show far more abrasions in XF
condition. Attractive pieces are scarce, coming from a mintage of
