eagle, Jeff Garrett and Ron Guth opine "in MS-63 and better
conditions, this date is downright rare." The present coin is an
attractive MS63 example, with sharp definition on all devices, and
vibrant, frosty mint luster. The surfaces are yellow-gold, with
