Semikey Date
1882-CC $10 AU53 PCGS. Winter 2-A. This semikey Carson City
issue displays alluring butter-gold luster along lightly mirrored
fields. The strike is bold, and there are some minor abrasions as
well as marks, but none appear overly debilitating. A pedigree
marker hairline scratch can be observed running from the obverse
field and through Liberty's eye. Fewer than seven examples have
been seen in Mint State by PCGS, and the date is still difficult to
acquire in About Uncirculated. PCGS Population: 20 in 53, 62 finer
(3/26).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2663, PCGS# 8696, Greysheet# 9497)
