Extremely Rare Any Finer
1882-CC $10 AU58 NGC. The 1882-CC ten comes from a small
mintage of just 6,764 pieces, and high-grade survivors are scarce.
In Mint State, only six examples are reported by the grading
services. Of these, we have handled only one, offering it on two
separate occasions. This near-Mint coin represents a rare
opportunity to acquire what is arguably the finest possible example
of the date for most collectors. The strike is sharp, and each side
delivers soft green-gold luster in the fields. Light surface
chatter is typical of the grade. There are no significant
