Description
1882-O $10 --Improperly Cleaned--NCS. Unc Details. This is an extremely important opportunity for the advanced specialist. While some evidence of cleaning is visible, this example remains highly attractive. The surfaces have considerable prooflike character. The fields have light abrasions and minor scuffs. While the mintage was just 10,280 coins, few have survived to this day, and examples that are even close to Mint State condition are rarities. From The Richard J. Chouinard Collection of United States Coins.(#8697) (Registry values: N2998)
