1883 $10 MS63 NGC. The 1883 eagle transitions from very scarce in MS63 to extremely rare and virtually unobtainable in near-Gem condition. Red-gold surfaces display swirling luster and good strike characteristics. Field chatter and scattered bagmarks are expected. NGC has seen three finer examples (10/17).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2666, PCGS# 8699, GSID# 9404)
