1884-S $10 MS63 PCGS. CAC. Eagle production at San Francisco
in the mid-1880s was limited as that mint, like all branches, was
busy coining Morgan dollars. The 1884-S eagle, for example, had a
total mintage of just 124,250 coins. Hints of peripheral
spearmint-green toning surround the yellow-gold surfaces of this
frosty Select piece. This example is tied for the finest certified.
