1886 $10 MS63 PCGS. This dazzling and well struck representative has a splendidly undisturbed reverse, and the obverse has only a single mentionable mark, a vertical graze beneath the bun. While the 1886-S is relatively common in MS63, its Philadelphia Mint counterpart is a rare issue at the Select level. Population: 29 in 63, 6 finer (5/10).Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 9/2006), lot 3791, which realized $3,910.(Registry values: N2998)
