the finest certified 1886-S tens. It is sharply struck and has
sweeping cartwheel sheen. The surfaces are unusually smooth for the
issue aside from one bagmark beneath the beak and small marks near
stars 4 and 8. Census: 20 in 64 (2 in 64+), none finer
