Description

1887 $10 MS62 NGC. Even though 53,600 pieces were struck of the 1887 ten, surprisingly few have survived in mint condition. This coin is generally sharp in strike with the only noticeable areas of weakness being on stars 12 and 13. Deep golden-orange color is seen over each side and moderate abrasions are present. Census: 18 in 62, 3 finer (3/14).
