Description
Lovely 1888-S Eagle--Exceptionally Clean Surfaces
1888-S MS 62 PCGS. A scarcer date in mint condition, this is one of the finer examples known. The sharply struck, lustrous surfaces are clearly suggestive of a higher grade. Deep golden-orange color with a faint reddish tinge also. Sure to be a popular coin because of the unusually clean surfaces.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 266M, PCGS# 8714, GSID# 9509)
