Bold, Unworn 1890-CC Eagle

1890-CC $10 MS60 NGC. A boldly impressed and unworn representative of this Carson City eagle issue, one of two lower-mintage dates in that Western mint's abbreviated run of ten dollar coins struck in the 1890s. Each side has warm yellow-gold luster with peach influences. The obverse shows scattered fine abrasions, while the reverse shows a dig above the claw gripping the arrows.(Registry values: N1793)
