Description

1890-CC Ten Dollar, MS62
Original Luster, CAC Approved

1890-CC $10 MS62 PCGS. CAC. Variety 1-A. Ex: The Fairmont Collection. A single die variety is known for this date, identified by date and mintmark placement, as well as a thin horizontal die line below the A in STATES. The 1890-CC ten overall is scarce in Mint State and rare with CAC endorsement. Any coin grading finer than MS62 is a rarity.

This collectible Mint State coin is sharply struck and frosty with original prairie-gold luster. Minor abrasions are not bothersome, as attested to by the CAC green label. An outstanding example for the collector who appreciates originality. Population: 75 in 62 (8 in 62+), 12 finer. CAC: 27 in 62, 4 finer (12/23).(Registry values: N2998)
