Delightful Original Color and Luster
1891-CC $10 MS61 NGC. Winter 1-A. A medium-wide mintmark
shows the second C beneath the feather tip, while a diagonal die
line in the lower-left shield quadrant confirms this 1891-CC die
variety -- one of five known die pairs for the 1891-CC ten dollar
gold pieces. Richly frosted orange-gold surfaces display a few
light abrasions, none of which are overly distracting. Plentiful
