Description

Lustrous 1891-CC Ten, MS63

1891-CC $10 MS63 NGC. FS-501. Both Cs in the mintmark are repunched east. Unbroken luster sweeps the moderately abraded apricot and sun-gold surfaces. A precisely struck representative of this popular issue. More '91-CC eagles have survived in Mint State than all other Carson City issues of the denomination combined, but nearly all of those are heavily bagmarked from indifferent storage and shipment.(Registry values: N2998)
