Description

1891-CC Ten Dollar, MS63
Few Certified Finer At Either Service

1891-CC/CC $10 FS-501 MS63 NGC. Variety 4-C. While the 1891-CC is readily available in lesser grades, it becomes scarce at the Select Uncirculated level, and finer examples are rare. This lustrous and colorfully toned MS63 is sharply struck with smooth reflectivity in the fields and excellent eye appeal. Light bagmarks -- the bane of Carson City eagles -- are scattered across both sides, but no individually heavy marks exist. Vibrant orange-gold surfaces with deep-orange accents capture the eye. Housed in a circa-2000 holder. FS-501 Census: 6 in 63, 1 finer (5/18).
