Description

1891-CC Ten Dollar, FS-501, MS63
Secondary C to the Right of the Primary Mintmark

1891-CC/CC $10 FS-501, Variety 4-C, MS63 PCGS. This interesting variety shows a secondary C from the right side of the second C of the primary mintmark. The surfaces are bright and highly lustrous, unsurprising for a Carson City product, and the strike is strong (but not quite full) throughout. A number of small to medium-sized abrasions are scattered over each side and are consistent with the grade.
