    1893-CC $10 AU53 PCGS. Variety 1-A. A scarce and somewhat underappreciated Carson City Eagle from a paltry mintage of only 14,000 pieces. Much prooflike luster survives on this solidly graded example; the only distraction worthy of mention is a segmented horizontal facial mark.
    Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 6/2004), lot 9034.
