Description
Difficult Select 1893-S Ten
1893-S $10 MS63 PCGS. The 1893-S is a conditionally rare issue typically encountered in AU58 through MS62 grades, held back by field marks that, if sufficiently prevalent, impair the luster. The present Select example is certainly nicer than the usual '93-S, since the lustrous surfaces display only scattered minor marks. Population: 40 in 63, 4 finer (3/10).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2674, PCGS# 8728, GSID# 9518)
