Description

1894 $10 MS64 PCGS. The bold copper-red and steel-gray toning over each side is attractive and somewhat unusual, for the type. Well struck, except for a couple of the obverse stars, with shimmering luster and a few scattered marks that prevent a higher grade. This issue is scarce at the MS64 level, and PCGS has yet to certify a single Gem, as of (5/07). (Registry values: N1793)
