Conditionally Elusive 1896 Gold Eagle, MS63
1896 $10 MS63 PCGS. Sharply struck and intensely lustrous, with lovely, variegated yellow-gold, steel-green, and copper-rose coloration and nicely preserved surfaces for the grade. This Philadelphia Mint issue had a low mintage of just 76,200 pieces, and remains conditionally elusive in grades any finer than MS63.
