Scarce This Grade, Rare Any Finer

1897-S $10 MS63 PCGS. Most Mint State 1897-S eagles come from European hoards, but in lesser grades than this Select Uncirculated example. Vibrant cartwheel luster radiates from both sides, and the strike is razor-sharp. Lilac and rose highlights add to the impressive eye appeal.
