Lovely 1899-S Eagle, Select Mint State
1899-S $10 MS63 PCGS. The 1899-S is another issue that is relatively available through low Uncirculated grades, but becomes quite difficult to locate in higher grades. Light rose-red patina in the fields accents the yellow-gold that drapes both sides. Dazzling cartwheel luster gives this piece excellent eye appeal. PCGS has certified only 17 specimens finer (8/08).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 267L, PCGS# 8744, GSID# 9528)
