Description
1901-S $10 MS64+ NGC. CAC. The richly frosted surfaces of this flashy, honey-gold ten radiate lilac and rose highlights when the coin is rotated under any light source. The strike is pinpoint sharp everywhere except stars 12 and 13, which show blending at their centers. The prototypical ideal type coin -- a near-Gem, just a few marks shy of the next highest level as indicated by the NGC Plus designation and CAC endorsement.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 267S, PCGS# 8749, GSID# 9531)
