Description
1901-S Liberty Eagle, MS66+
Exceptional Type Coin
1901-S $10 MS66+ PCGS. CAC. From a large mintage of more
than 2.8 million pieces, the 1901-S Liberty eagle is an available
issue in all grades up to the MS66 level, but finer coins are
virtually unobtainable. This Plus-graded Premium Gem features
razor-sharp definition on all design elements, with some spidery
peripheral die cracks on the reverse. The impeccably preserved
orange-gold surfaces are awash in vibrant mint luster and eye
appeal is terrific. Population: 31 in 66+, 5 finer. CAC: 58 in 66,
1 finer (12/24).Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 10/2021), lot 3324.(Registry values: N4719)
