1902 Liberty Eagle, MS65
Only One Certified Finer
1902 $10 MS65 PCGS. A few scattered surface marks keep this
Gem Mint State Liberty ten from finest known status for the low
mintage issue. The production of 82,400 coins was the second lowest
Philadelphia mintage since 1891. High grade survivors are rarely
encountered. The present example is one of just six submissions
that PCGS has certified as MS65 since they began grading in 1986.
Just one finer example has been graded, assessed as MS66+ at PCGS
(12/25). For the Registry collector, this lovely, highly lustrous
Gem is an exceptional prospect, with brilliant butter-yellow
