Description
Bold 1902-S Eagle, MS64
1902-S $10 MS64 PCGS. A well executed strike imparts sharp definition to the design elements of this near-Gem eagle, and greenish-gold surfaces are splashed with orange and display pleasing luster. A scattering of small marks denies Gem status. This date is readily available in Mint State, owing to the discovery of two hoards of more than 1,000 coins after 1970 (Walter Breen, 1988).From The Kiawah Collection.(Registry values: N1793)
