Rarely Offered This Fine
1903 $10 MS65 PCGS. The last 1903 eagle in Gem condition we
handled was one year ago as part of the spectacular Admiral
Collection in our February 2018 Long Beach Signature sale.
Comparable examples do not appear on the market with great
frequency, which is understandable given their rarity. This
lustrous orange-gold Liberty ten dollar presents well-struck motifs
and a touch of softness at the lower obverse. Both sides are
impressively clean with marks limited to trivial shallow ticks.
