Description
1903-S $10 MS65 NGC. The population reports confirm that the 1903-S is not nearly as available in Gem or finer grades as some references claim. This is a sparkling MS65 coin, with just a few wispy abrasions and a ringing-sharp strike. There are no bothersome alloy spots or other Mint-related defects, and the honey-gold surfaces provide great eye appeal. Census: 70 in 65 (1 in 65+), 46 finer (5/18).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 267X, PCGS# 8754, GSID# 9534)
